Synaxon’s TrustATec network for finding local IT services has launched a new video to help businesses find out about the benefits of becoming a partner.
TrustATec lets users find local IT services and support in their area, and aims to provide transparency through standardised services and fixed prices.
It offers professional IT services in specific regions, laptop and PC repair, and IT services for corporate customers. There are 20 standardised services that each TrustATec can offer, from repairs to storage, servers and so on.
Launched in January 2016, the TrustATec network stretches nationwide across the UK, providing fixed-price servicing for end customers in their locality and professional technology servicing for business customers.
TrustATec announced earlier this year that it has partnered with TrustPilot to give the scheme additional accreditation.
While it’s not a trade association as such, Synaxon’s UK MD Derek Jones says the TrustATec/Trustpilot partnership creates something that is close to one.
“This is a public endorsement, if you like,” he told PCR. “Although it’s not a trade association, it’s very much like a trade association. It gives the end user a point of redress, which is what I’ve shouted about in the past.
In the new video, TrustATec describes how it can be difficult to stand out from the crowd and find new customers in today’s market.
As a TrustATec partner, local IT businesses can be part of a nationwide network of professional technicians, providing fixed-cost pricing on a range of pre-defined services for SMBs and home users.
TrustATec assures partners will be able to stand out from the crowd thanks to its continuous nationwide marketing programme, which will bring a ‘steady stream of enquiries directly to your door’.
Firms will also get their own exclusive servicing area, so that every local enquiry made through TrustATec goes to the one partner in that particular area.
