Orange has said that it will be offering training support for IT resellers who partner up with the network operator, as part of its recently announced push into the channel.
Consisting of a variety of courses covering Orange-led initiatives such as pre-sales training, the scheme will also encompass access to the firm's technical support line.
Speaking to Mobile News, Orange's UK business manager for indirect channels, Mark Simm (pictured) said: "It's going to be an exciting year for Orange in the IT reseller market space. The training courses will be about informing resellers what Orange is all about – information about our tariffs and how our network works.
"Training them on the mobile side will enable them to add mobility to the solutions they offer."
