Novatech is set to open its fourth retail store in Cardiff before the end of the year, as the UK vendor continues its multi-channel expansion strategy. The 15,000 sq ft Cardiff store is currently in the process of being fitted out and is due to open next month.
Speaking about the move to CRN, commercial director Kriss Pomroy (pictured) explained that the firm was concentrating its efforts in the South, before moving into the rest of the UK. Its other stores are currently in Portsmouth, Reading and Bristol.
Pomroy explained the stores are crucial to its current success: "We sell support services and education rather than taking a stack-them-high approach, and our showrooms are like high-end fashion boutiques in design.
"Gartner data shows us our customer repeat purchases are far ahead of the industry average," he added.
