Skype has released the latest version of its VoIP software, Skype 3.8 For Windows, with an improved ‘audio engine’ which it claims provides improved sound quality and a reduction in dropped calls. The software also allows the user to change the headset, headphones and microphone with a greater degree of ease, since much of the setting adjustments are now taken care of in the background.
