A brand new UK etailer covering ‘all things tech’ will target consumers – and later businesses – when it launches in a matter of months.
The website will go live in the UK in May and will operate across Europe in September.
Visor Commerce has a warehouse ready, a team of 15 and wants to start with around 150,000 skus. It is aiming to exceed £1.4 million within its first year of trading.
The company will eventually launch a series of different websites in the following categories: Electronics & IT, Leisure & Garden, Health & Beauty, Media & Audio, Toys & Games, Gifts & Gadgets, Pet Supplies, and Office & Home Office. The specific brands for each etailer will be revealed at a later date.
Visor Commerce MD Cas Paton told PCR: "We will consist of a series of etailers targeting different niches. So we’ll have a tech website for all things tech, one for consoles, one for laptops and accessories, and so on. We’re hoping at end of year one we’ll have built a significant brand.
"We are currently looking to strengthen our suppliers and pricing pre-launch and are interested in speaking with any distributor that can add value to our range."
