MSI has been showing off its iPad-rivalling multi-touch tablet and new range of multimedia notebooks at this year’s Computex in Taipei.
MSI held a special press conference at the expo, where it showed off the WindPad 100 tablet PC, a ten-inch device running Windows 7.
The tablet also features an Intel Atom processor, eight hours of battery power and multi-touch capabilities.
Weighing in at 800 grams, the device is 3G and wi-fi enabled, and has both USB and HDMI ports.
MSI's F series laptops, meanwhile, were created in collaboration with sound system experts from Dynaudio and THX, which the vendor boasts has given them amazing sound quality.
Ranging in size from 14 to 17 inches, the FX400, FX600, FX700 and FR600 are equipped with the Intel Core i5 processor, while the FX610 comes with AMD’s new Danube Champlian platform.
The FX400 comes with a 1.3 megapixel webcam, while the other models feature a high definition HD720P webcam.
Models with discrete graphics come equipped with the Nvidia GeForce GT 325M discrete graphics card with 1GB GDDR3 of display memory, which automatically takes over when the machine is operating applications that require high performance graphics processing.
