Midwich has bought Irish AV distributor Square One for an undisclosed amount.
As reported by Microscope, the acquisition is the latest of several made by the Diss-based distributor. Last year the company purchased True Colours and Owl in the UK.
Midwich has described the deal as crucial to its plans to break into the Irish market. "We considered that the best way to understand and serve this market was by joining with a local partner," finance director Stephen Fenby told the magazine.
