Microsoft's director of games platform strategy, Andre Vrignaud is leaving the software giant to take up a new position at Amazon.
Vrignaud has worked at Microsoft for eight years, focusing mainly on its Xbox Live gaming community. Recently, he's been heavily involved in bringing Xbox Live to the new Windows Phone 7 smartphone OS.
"Can’t really talk about details at this point, but it’ll become pretty evident soon enough… and you all know where my passions lie," he wrote on his blog.
