Distributor M2M has signed German audio specialist Wavemaster.
The agreement will see M2M distribute Wavemaster’s range of lifestyle audio products, including the MOBI-2, STAX and TWO speakers.
The deal marks Wavemaster’s move into the UK channel.
Wavemaster MD Peter Hirshfeld told PCR: “We are very proud to announce that we’ve signed a new partnership agreement with M2M. We believe that they are a perfect match for our business and the initial signs have been very encouraging.
“Overall business is growing and we doubled sales on certain products in Germany last year. Right now, our focus is on the UK and we’re really excited about working with the channel over here.
“The UK market is one of the most important in Europe – consumers in the UK are interested in technology, design and style. We think the UK will become a major market for Wavemaster products.”
The vendor also sells products into the French, Dutch, Nordic, Swiss and Austrian markets.
M2M marketing director Hitesh Kothary added: “We have new partnerships with Plextor, Patriot, Wavemaster and Lable to Cable that are looking really exciting, and we hope to showcase and help take these to market at PCR Boot Camp on May 21st.”
