Latest issue of PCR out now

The June issue of PCR has been sent to subscribers and is now available to read online – for free – either as a PDF here (registration required) or in-browser via the Flash-based viewer Issuu.

This month's cover story is a look back at this year's Channel Expo event, with a round up of what was being shown by the exhibitors.

We've also got an interview with Microsoft's Partner Group manager Simon Aldous and OEM marketing manager Laurence Painell, in which we discuss the Seattle-based publisher's upcoming release of Windows 7 and what it holds for the channel. The June edition also sees us publish our annual distribution focus.

In Hardware, we sit down with AMD EMEA channel director Andrew Buxton and chat about its recent product launches, the future and the ramifications of the Intel's lawsuit. We also interview Centerprise's chairman Raffi Razzak, CoolIT's applications specialist Barry Reicker and celebrate Realtime's 25th anniversary with managing director Mark Reed.

In addition, our mystery shopper travels to Liverpool to test its retailers on their knowledge of all-in-one PCs, and present the full rundown of the best selling hardware, courtesy of GfK.

In Software, we chat with head of software sales at Koch Media, Joanna Kemp about the recent launch of PC Indie. We also take a look at the budget software sector and round up best upcoming games. Meanwhile, in Consumer Electronics, we investigate up GPS market, and take a look at the new LG KM900 Arena.

Our Marketplace section is also brimming with the latest product to hit the channel, as well as an interview with Kaspersky's consumer sales director Simon Geach. We also have regular columns from the PCA, Mac Technology Association, Brigantia, ITACS and NASCR.

So, to check out the latest issue, either download it as a PDF here (registration required) or view it in-browser at Issuu.
