Lace Mamba releases new Lifeless Planet trailer featuring pre-alpha gameplay

Fans can catch a glimpse of some pre-alpha gameplay in the new trailer for the upcoming third-person action adventure Lifeless Planet.

The game, developed by Stage 2 Studios, is based around a secretive Cold War project of the Space Race, which enabled mankind to travel much farther into space than previously thought. Players are sent across the galaxy to explore a distant planet, only to discover signs of a previous human presence.

Lifeless Planet began as a pure indie development, which had a successful campaign on Kickstarter. Lace Mamba Global then signed the publishing rights for the game, which will be available on PC and Mac. The game will see a digital and retail release in Q4 2012.

Check out screen shots and the trailer below.
