John McAfee to give talk on hacking scandals at Infosec

Security expert John McAfee will be a guest speaker at this year’s Infosecurity Europe’s special 20th anniversary event.

The event will be held at London’s Olympia from June 2nd to the 4th.

McAfee will share his insights with attendees on various hacking scandals during the evening on June 3rd, as well as looking at personal privacy online and internet surveillance.

He will also discuss new threats including the hacking of an aircraft via entertainment systems.

Kerry Prince, director of Infosecurity Group, said: “John McAfee is not only someone who is synonymous with the development of online security but his views remain compelling on current threats, likely future threats and, most importantly, what we as an industry need to do in order to meet those challenges.”

After founding the security software company McAfee, John McAfee has since gone on to launch a gadget that can make internet users untraceable.

The security mogul also went on to release an odd video informing users how they can uninstall McAfee antivirus software, whilst snorting bath salts.
