The retailer attributed the strong performance in IT to strong performance of the Samsung 9 Series and the Dell Switch.
“IT continued to lead the way with some new, exciting products such as the Samsung 'thinnest laptop in the market' and the Dell Switch, which enables owners to change the colour of its cover,” said John Lewis’ head of merchandising operations, Sarah Morris.
“Imaging sales and large and small electrical continued their great performance of late with a 12 per cent increase on last year.”
