ITACS chairman Matthew Woolley is urging resellers and retailers to take another look at the regulations surrounding their business after a number dealers recently found themselves on the wrong end of the law.
Woolley used this month's column to run through the four acts that are crucial to the running of a retail operation, as well as the various courses of action you can take.
