Belkin has revealed a new set of accessories for the recently announced iPad Air.
The range includes three new QODE-branded keyboard cases, and a line of protective folio covers which Belkin says are “designed around the way you use your iPad”.
The three products under the new QODE brand name include the QODE Ultimate Keyboard Case, which has dual-sided aluminium for protection and is aimed at “those looking to use their iPad as a laptop replacement”. It also includes a rechargeable battery with 264 hours of battery life. The Ultimate Keyboard Case will cost £109.99.
Meanwhile, the £89.99 QODE Thin Type for iPad Air is designed for portability and “ease of attachment for those who don’t want a keyboard all the time”, offering 79 hours of battery life and technology that automatically turns the keyboard off when not in use.
The last product, the QODE Thin Style is focused on a slim design which still protects the iPad and can be tucked away flat for touch screen use in ‘handheld media mode’.
All of the cases include Belkin’s ‘TruType’ keyboard, which the accessory firm says gives ”superior typing accuracy, optimal tactile response and a comfortable, laptop-like feel”.
Belkin’s iPad Air collection consists of eight unique cases and folios.
The FreeStyle Cover is said to be Belkin’s thinnest case, and uses a QuickStand cover that operates both as a stand and additional protection.
The LapStand Cover (£44.99–£49.99) is made for “use while lounging” and has ‘ComfortForm’ material, which is designed to keep the iPad Air balanced on a lap.
For those looking for more style, the FormFit (£39.99) comes in a range of colours and patterns.
Also available is the Classic Strap Cover (£24.99), the TriFold Cover (£34.99), the Stripe Tab Cover (£39.99), the Dash Tab Cover (£39.99), the Quilted Cover (£44.99) and the MultiTasker Cover (£49.99).
