Fayrewood, the company that owns UK distributor Interface Solutions reported increased profits and revenues for 2007, through said it remained in talks with shareholder North Atlantic Value LLP regarding its sale.Revenues hit £129.6 million, up six per cent on 2006, and pre-tax profits landed at £936,000 – an improvement on the £242,000 loss in 2006.
While the financial improvements are not enough to end sales talks all together, Fayrewood said that a number of restructuring moves had ensured it is in a stronger position, reported CRN.
