Interactive Ideas has been awarded Silver Investor in People status, placing the distributor among the top two per cent of employers recognised as being highly committed to their staff.
The Investors in People standard enables businesses to improve their performance through good practice in human resource development. Only two per cent of the 40,000 organisations with IiP accreditation have achieved silver or gold levels.
