Integra Office Solutions is preparing to launch its new website, which has been created to incorporate a fresh, modern design with simplicity of use as its core value.
The website, previews of which were seen at the recent Integra Power conference also carries other features designed to improve communication and access to product and service information, as well as an improved forum created to facilitate two-way dialogue between Integra and its members.
“The dynamics of Integra as a dealer group have changed so much over the years and our website needs to reflect this by giving members easy access to the full range of services available,” said Integra’s head of technical services, Margaret Reilly.
“As a communications tool it’s essential for us also to have a two way dialogue with members – so much of what we do now is bespoke to individual dealers and we need to understand and meet these needs.”
The site is currently in its testing phase and will go live in January 2011.
