Freecom has formed a partnership with Ingram Micro that will see the distributor offering its range of external storage to retailers and B2B resellers in the UK.
This development is the latest move in the partnership, which has already seen deployments across Europe. Freecom is hoping that its new product lines – including the Hard Drive Secure portable HDD – will allow it successfully penetrate the UK market.
“With Ingram Micro’s expertise and contacts, we’re confident that this partnership will help us step up our presence within UK businesses,” said Freecom’s UK channel manager David Pye.
“We’ve seen some significant successes already from our partnership with Ingram Micro elsewhere in Europe, and we’re sure we’ll be able to replicate this success in the UK.”
