Independent retailer Zen Computers beat some of the biggest names in electronics when our Mystery Shopper headed to Bolton in search of a graphics tablet.
With a score of nine out of ten, Zen came above PC World, Currys, Comet and Currys Digital. The store provided the best service, despite not having the product in stock that PCR was looking for.
“The visit was very good. The service was friendly and there was great enthusiasm for the products. While the store didn’t have an immediate range available in comparison to PC World, Zen Computers could have ordered it for me, with next day delivery,” our Shopper wrote.
The member of staff at Zen gave the shopper a demonstration of a tablet in store, and emailed a price list, as well as offering to order the product in.
The next highest scoring store was PC World, with eight out of ten.
