The 50th IFA technology show will take place this September, with its organisers expecting a strong turn-out that will match or beat last years attendance.
The show, which bills itself as the global stage for showcasing products first, will see the addition of two new areas at this years show. The new IFA iZone will feature the entire range of Apple products and Mac applications, while the IFA eLibrary will feature new media devices and platforms such as tablet PCs and e-Books.
“With IFA taking place for the fiftieth time this year we have every reason to celebrate,” said Dr. Christian Goke, chief operations officer of Messe Berlin, the organisers of the show.
“The level of bookings to date indicates that IFA’s success as the world’s leading industry event is set to continue and that it will expand even further. This year’s IFA will be a stronger and more global event than ever before.”
