HP has acquired Australian based document and records management software company Tower.The firm boasts 1,000 customers accounting for over 780,000 users spanning 32 countries.
The firm specialises in ‘electronic discover’ applications which aids firms in staying on the right side of industry data storage regulations.
Hp has already integrated the software into its data archiving products, and it is used with Microsoft’s SharePoint web-based document management system, reported Computing.co.uk.
