GNR ties up distribution deal with Tenda

UK distie GNR has completed a deal with Tenda. A real coup for the IT distributor, Tenda is the second largest manufacturer of consumer and SME focussed networking products in China and is quickly growing outside of the Asian country. Already well established in India, Russia and the US, Tenda has selected GNR to help give it weight in the UK market.

Tenda has strategic partnerships with major component suppliers, enabling faster innovation and market response to deliver lower pricing. Combined with their advanced R&D facilities and experienced engineers, GNR are confident that Tenda will deliver better products at a better price for GNR customers.

“As a company, we were very impressed with the product range, go-to-market strategy and the raw ambition of Tenda. The management have clear plans to grow their share and appear exceptionally driven,” said Dave Stevinson, managing director of GNR Tech. “Tenda complements our networking offering of Billion and D-Link, and we are keen to pioneer their brand into the UK and are exceptionally optimistic of their future”

GNR will work closely with resellers and Tenda to build long-term relationships with the channel to ensure disciplined pricing through qualified partner distribution.
