Formjet, which produces white label software for large retailers such as Tesco to sell as own-brand products, has announced it is to boost its operation with the purchase of an a yet unknown UK distributor. The firm has apparently put up £1.2 million for the ‘specialist distribution company’ in a deal it expects to have complete by August 18th.
While the identity of the distributor remains unknown, it has been reported that it has a £12.6 million turnover and a ‘significant customer base of IT resellers and independent retailers.’
