Fayrewood, the owner of UK distributor Interface Solutions, has confirmed that it is in talks with North Atlantic Value over a potential purchase of the company, after it increased its stake in the company to 24.71 per cent.Earlier this month, it confirmed that it had been approached by a third party, however, declined to comment on who it was.
Fayrewood has been cautious though to stress that these talks, and North Atlantic Value's purchase of shares did not represent a "firm intention" to launch a takeover bid.
