Exertis to deliver Huawei Certified Services to resellers

Distributor Exertis has become a Huawei Certified Services Partner (CSP).

The Huawei CSP programme enables Exertis to deliver certified, vendor-backed services through the entire sales cycle, providing a full range of pre-sales, network design, installation and maintenance services on behalf of resellers.

Exertis claims this partnership means the firm becomes the only distributor to be able to offer both networking products and authorised services to resellers.

CSP is provided by Huawei to certify and measure the service capabilities of channel partners. Certification is stringent requiring multiple staff trained to Huawei Certified Network Associate (HCNA), Huawei Certified Network Professional (HCNP) and Huawei Certified Internetworking Expert (HCIE) levels, the provision of a 24 x 7 technical assistance centre, four hour response SLAs and in-field technicians.
