Programme will provide resellers with new tools

Exertis supports managed services with Samsung

Exertis has announced plans to help provide resellers with better control over their print devices.

The distributor has teamed up with Samsung and its Managed Print Service (MPS) programme, providing resellers with a suite of tools to help optimise and manage their customers’ print and MFP needs.

Samsung’s MPS includes remote monitoring and asset inventory management, 24/7 support and management software and tools for continual process/infrastructure improvement.

Jamie Brothwell, print general manager at Exertis, said: “Samsung’s range of A3 products coupled with its IT MPS proposition bring a new dynamic to Exertis and our reseller partners

“Their channel-focused approach is what encouraged us to launch with this product set, backed by its skilled print specialist team who can work with IT resellers from concept through to contract.”

Other devices included under the MPS is a range of A3 multifunction printers (MFP), which come in a range of colour and mono configurations to suit different applications, productivity and finishing requirements.

The MPS programme has also been scaled to suit all size businesses within the public and private sector.
