Following the success of a similar scheme by sister firm Entanet, Entatech is giving away free VoIP to its customers.

Entatech offers free internet telephony

The distributor is offering its customers free internet telephony accounts using the Entanet VoIP platform. The offer allows customers to call Enta’s key sales, admin and technical support numbers for free, and provides them with hands on experience of VoIP technology.

This offer, which launched yesterday, follows a similar scheme from sister firm Entanet. It received a positive response from channel partners, with over 50 per cent of them signing up within three days of its launch.

On top of the VoIP service scheme, Entatech has also expanded its VoIP hardware line up. In addition to the Hayes range currently available, Entatech is also providing VoIP hardware from Elmeg.

“With the internet telephony market currently booming, offering this service to our customers not only helps them understand and gain confidence in selling the service for themselves, but also gives them, and us, the opportunity to provide bundle deals with VoIP hardware,” said Entatech’s vice president Jon Atherton. “There is a lot of potential margin to be made from hardware solutions and we feel this opportunity cannot be missed.”
