DSGi has announced that it will be shutting around 40 UniEuro stores in Italy, with the firm confirming that up to 800 jobs could be affected.A spokesperson for DSGi confirmed to Reuters that there would be job losses but that it was unsure how many jobs could be saved by transferring positions to the firm's 150 other UniEuro stores in Italy.
A spokesperson said that more information would be given in the firm's May 15th trading statement.
