Dell’s PartnerDirect channel partner programme is now a year old.The scheme was initiated after Dell abandoned its direct to consumer sales methods and has grown to operate in 19 European countries and has signed up over 15,000 registered partners.
“We would not have achieved this if we had failed to listen to our partners, which is why we have consistently sought to take on board their feedback in order to create a straightforward and profitable partner-centric program,” said Dell’s EMEA sales director Emmanuel Mouquet.
“Everyone is aware that the year ahead will be a difficult one given the economic situation and we will be doing everything in our power to make sure that PartnerDirect supports its partners and helps keep them profitable despite the downturn.”
