Dell has revealed the latest addition to its Alienware brand, the M15x, which is to be available through Dell.com.
Like the M17x, the device is a performance-focussed laptop, however, the M15x is one of the first laptops to feature the Intel Core i7 Mobile processor.
It also carries either a 512MB Nvidia GT 240M, or a gigabyte GTX 260M graphics option, eight gigabytes of DDR3 RAM, Blu-ray drive and a Full HD display.
The system features liquid cooling, supported by ‘active venting,’ which Dell says will help the PC stay at user defined temperatures with a series of automated vents.
The vendor also unveiled its Logitech-designed TacX range of peripherals, consisting of a 5,000 DPI laser mouse, a gaming keyboard with six preset macro keys and a gaming headset with a retractable microphone.
