This week Dell is expected to close the acquisition of data-storage network system outfit EqualLogic for $1.4 billion.Furthermore, sources speaking to Channel Web said the vendor is to adopt certain parts of EqualLogic's channel program when Dell unveils its enterprise architecture certification program later today.
Dell announced their intentions to purchase EquaLogic last November.
