Dell has made a series of key updates to its online ordering system, following much feedback from channel partners.
The company says its PartnerDirect portal has been tweaked for the sake of convenience, enhancing the site’s ease of navigation and allowing users to manage their account features.
PartnerDirect also includes the new Find-a-Partner feature, which allows users to hunt out Dell partners easily, refining their search by either proximity or certification.
“Because we want to be the vendor of choice for our channel partners, we are investing in the tools to make it easy and efficient for partners to register deals, make purchases and obtain certifications,” said Greg Davis, Dell VP of global commercial channels.
