Dell's PartnerDirect programme has passed its first anniversary, representing one year since the firm moved away from its exclusively direct sales model."Many of the things that partners have asked for we have launched," Dell Channel Chief Greg Davis told Channel Insider. "And we continue to grow our partner base and invest in our tools so they can be used on a worldwide basis."
Michael Dell recently admitted to journalists that running a direct operation was just as expensive as running a channel business, as reported by PC Retail.
