Today Dell announced the launch of two new style conscious products: The Dell Crystal and the Inspiron 1525 Notebook.The Dell Crystal is a high performance 22-inch LCD flat panel monitor, which is crafted out of four millimetres of ultra-clear tempered glass. Within its 'beautiful' exterior sits audio speakers, webcam and microphone, and features touch screen control. The screen will be on display at the Consumer Electronics Show, and can be found in the Dell lounge on the second floor.
Dell also pulled back the curtains on the new 15.4 inch Inspiron 1525 notebook. The laptop is smaller, slimmer and lighter than the generation it replaces and comes in four new colour patterns, with optional colour co-ordinated accessories. The colour patterns are called Street, Blossom, Chill and Commotion, and the accessories include wireless mice, external storage, backpacks and messenger bags.
The Dell Crystal is set to retail at $1,199 (£606), with the Inspiron 1525 starting at $499 (£252).
