D-Link has announced that it is to inject £700,000 into the UK channel next year as it moves to strengthen and enhance its partnerships. The vendor has said that its strategy is aimed squarely at helping its partners to grow, and to enable them to improve their skills at communicating the value of its brand, as well as their ability to close sales involving their products.
The company also announced that it would be unveiling a redesigned logo in the near future, as well as revising its partner strategy.
Speaking to CRN, D-Link's UK and Ireland country manager, Chris Davies said: "We are performing very well in Europe and want to bring the UK up to speed. A major part of this will be the increased investment.
"Our partners need to have the right skills in place to grow. We are looking to support their investment so they can grow with us and provide their customers with a better level of customer service."
