Currys took the top spot in this month’s Mystery Shopper, when PCR headed to Liverpool to look for the best gaming equipment.
While our shopper thought that over all “PC gaming seemed to be lagging behind the more common consoles” in the stores visited, Currys scored a respectable seven out of ten.
PCR awarded points for customer service and good recommendations from staff.
“I sought help from a friendly sales person,” our Shopper wrote. “I informed him of my quest and he was more than happy to help.”
PC World and independent store Computer Plus came second and third respectively.
