This month, our mystery shopper travelled to the Midland's second city Coventry to find out what its retailers' had to offer a customer looking to upgrade their graphics card.
In the first of our two-part monthly feature, we put High Street IT stalwarts Currys, PC World and Comet to the test. In the second part, we will be seeing how rivals Maplin, Game and independent Eclipse perform compared to the market leaders.
