Preparations for Channel Expo 2010 are gaining momentum, as organiser Incisive Media looks to build on the trade show by moving to a new London venue.
The show has previously been held in the Birmingham NEC, but this year’s event will take place at London Olympia on May 12th and 13th. Mark Burton, a publisher at Incisive Media, said the new site better reflects the show's visitor base, and will help increase the number of exhibitors.
“This decision was taken after extensive analysis of both the show’s exhibitor and visitor database and is a very positive move, which will not only bring the show nearer to the majority of its visitor base, but also opens up wider opportunities for our exhibitors,” he said.
“As ever, Channel Expo is the place for visitors to discover the latest products and services and for our exhibitors it offers a unique opportunity to meet potential customers face to face, to build on existing customer relationships and to make new business contacts. We are delighted to be partnering again with PCR and we hope to see many of PCR’s readers at Channel Expo.”
