Motherboard specialist Gigabyte has unveiled a new range of products at CES including Intel Z77 Ivy Bridge-based motherboards including G1.Sniper 3.
The new G1.Sniper 3 supports next generation Intel 22nm CPUs on the Intel LGA1155 socket and offers PCI Express Gen 3.0 support as well as HDMI and DVI outputs, analog RGB and Display Port. The board also has an import Killer networking controller aimed at boosting performance for gamers.
The loaded G1.Sniper 3 also has an onboard Creative Sound Core 3D audio processor and a built-in front panel audio headphone amplifier. The firm also showed off a small form factor version, the Gigabyte G1.Sniper M3, sporting most of the features of the larger board other than dual Ethernet ports.
Gigabyte's flagship Intel Z77 boards include the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H boasting support for 2-way Nvidia SLI and 2-way Crossfire graphics card systems.
