The vice president and general manager EMEA's keynote, titled 'Channels to market: a master class in global expansion strategies', will give insight into Apple's view of technology retail, and expansion within it.
It will also look at ways of structuring a retail operation, including franchising and licensing agreements, and why they sometimes make sense. He is also expected to touch upon how use of flagship stores has underpinned Apple's success and what routes to market it thinks will be key in the coming years.
He will be joined by former president and CEO of Footlocker Europe, president of Speedo International and retail vice president of Adidas EMEA, Simon Rider, and former director of M&S food and current managing director of Waitrose, Steven Epson.
This year's World Retail Congress takes place in Barcelona from May 6th to 8th. More information on the event can be found at World Retail Congress' official site.
