Business booms for XP retailers

Business booms for XP retailers A report from Computerworld has suggested that retailers pushing Vista are underperforming compared to those pushing XP.

Smaller system integrators are said to be benefiting from the reluctance of people to buy branded PCs that come with versions of Microsoft Vista installed.

One system integrator quoted in the piece claimed that he had advised customers that it wasn't worth switching to Vista for another year. Another retailer announced that only two out of the approximate 400 PC's sold this year, in store, were loaded with Vista.
