BLOG: Music to our ears?

It’s official: wireless speakers are taking a bigger bite out of the PC speaker market.

Sales of connected audio devices and Bluetooth speakers are continuing to grow, while PC speakers are in decline.

In today’s age of interconnected devices and internet streaming, there’s arguably never been a better time to sell audio. So we’ve pulled together some essential tips and tricks from the experts to help you boost your speaker sales and make more money from audio.

Elsewhere in our audio special this month (check out our digital edition of the latest PCR magazine here), we ask our retail advisory board how important the category is to them and what they’re doing to take advantage of the booming headset/speaker market (page 50), plus we round up the latest audio products in our sector guide (page 57). We also speak to the MD of German audio specialist Wavemaster on page 43 as they break into the UK market for the first time.

In fact, we’ve actually got a double whammy for you in the issue this month – it’s our audio special, plus we also have a bumper Boot Camp guide detailing everything you need to know about the event.
