Stone has unveiled a number of new products at BETT, including an All-in-One PC, an energy-saving laptop and two small form factor desktops.
The Stone All-in-One is built on the Intel Centrino 2 platform, however, other specifications are available to be full customised including the monitor itself, which is available in sizes up to 22-inch, with screen-type selections ranging from toughened glass to multi-touch.
The device also has impressive green credentials, with Stone boasting that it offers energy efficiency of 86 per cent.
Another device created with efficiency in mind is the NT200-LV, which is the first Stone notebook to include Intel’s Consumer Ultra-Low Voltage (CULV) technology. This system also utilises Intel’s Core 2 Duo SU7300 CPU, which uses less power, giving the device an estimated battery life of 11 hours.
The imaginatively titled Ultra Small Form Factor PC is another device that offers significant energy savings of 86 per cent, however this device is also aimed at schools or premises where space is at a premium. The Ultra Small Form Factor PC is 25 per cent smaller than previous Stone models and carries a choice of Intel’s Core i3, i5 or i7 processor chips.
The Space Saver differs from the other devices in that it wasn’t designed specifically for energy saving – although its Core 2 Duo processor with vPro means that it will still offer relatively good efficiency. The Space Saver comes with Windows 7 as standard and a choice of 17-inch or 19-inch monitors.
