Our Mystery Shopper visited retailers in Derby to find out how easy it was to buy a storage device to save all of her data, on the move and from home, using both laptop and desktop PCs. It was hoped retailers would recommend all forms of device including portable memory sticks to external hard drives – the results were varied.
