Autotask has opened offices in London, which will serve as the central point for the business software provider’s European business.
Created to meet demand from service providers, VARs and managed service providers, the new offices will be headed up by international managing director, Mark Banfield, and will host engineering, implementation, support and sales activities.
“Establishing Mark and his team in London is proving tremendously valuable for our customers and is a tremendous asset to our business,” said Autotask’s president and CEO, Mark Cattini.
“More than 25% of Autotask users are located outside of North America, and that number continues to increase rapidly. Ensuring we have the proper resources in place to support the IT channel community in Europe is a logical step in the evolution of our business.”
