Asrock’s Fatal1ty P67 motherboard has been awarded with Approved status from the respected tech website Tom’s Hardware.
The device was tested against a number of other motherboards in the $200-$250 price range and despite coming second to the Asus P8P67 Deluxe in benchmarking and core-clock tests, the competitive price-point, inclusion of USB 3.0 connectivity, and a slight lead in efficiency for the Fatal1ty ensured that both devices received the Approved Award.
Designed for dedicated gamers, the Asrock Fatal1ty is named after the professional gamer, Johnathan “Fatal1ty” Wendel. It’s based on the Intel P67 chipset and displays a huge range of connectivity options including 12 USB 2.0 ports, six USB 3.0 ports, four 3Gb/s SATA ports, six 6Gb/s SATA ports and dual Ethernet ports.
