Distributor Asbis has opened a London office as it focuses on growing the Prestigio brand in the UK.
Asbis will be shipping its Prestigio products direct from its European warehouse in Prague to customers in the UK.
The Prestigio range includes tablets and smartphones, as well as smart home and healthcare products, multiboards, large touch screen PCs and a range of accessories.
The distributor plans to increase the number of staff at its new office by early 2015.
“There is currently two of us in the office, two more will be joining next week, five at the end of this month. We aim to have ten staff members by end of January,” Martin MacNamara from Asbis told PCR.
Prestigio latest smartphone, Grace, comes with a 5-inch Full HD 1920×1080 Super AMOLED display, Gorilla Glass 3 display, 13MP camera, and has a 5.5mm body.
