Apple has announced that Mac owners that are still using Tiger and wish to continue using Boot Camp will have to upgrade to Leopard before the end of the year.In an email notification, Apple said: " With the introduction of Leopard, the Boot Camp Beta program has ended," the message read. "The Boot Camp Beta software will expire on December 31, and Apple won't offer further updates of Boot Camp Beta for Mac OS X Tiger."
Apple, however, have stressed that the partitions used and created by Boot Camp will not be damaged. Users will, though, have to upgrade to Leopard in order to continue receiving driver updates and support for the program.
