Apple has opened its latest direct retail store in Boston, the largest in the US.The store, which is second in size only to its London Regent Street branch, has been described as reflecting the firm's changing attitude to retail, with it having an entire floor dedicated to service.
"These stores have served them very, very well and really raised the bar in terms of technology customer service," said Michael Gartenberg of Jupiter Research, a technology consultancy, speaking to the International Herald Tribune.
